Designed for those reintroducing movement after a break, our Return to Fitness program offers a structured approach with Mat and Reformer classes to rebuild strength and confidence. Start with two weekly classes and an optional Stretch recovery class, making it a 3x/week commitment to you!

What should I bring to class?

Not much! Just bring:

  • A water bottle
  • Grip Socks
  • Comfy activewear you can move in
Do I need any prior experience?

Not at all — our classes are designed for all levels. Our instructors offer modifications and advancements to suit your personal pace.

How do I book a class?

When should I get to class?

NEW CLIENTS: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class begins.  Make yourself known to the Instructor and let them know of any injuries or questions you may have.  If you don’t own grip socks, we have some local and some Limited Edition for sale.

EXISTING CLIENTS: 5 minutes prior to the start of class.  We do understand that LIFE happens.  Existing clients can enter class up to 1 minute after the start of the workout.

After 1 minute, our doors will be locked to ensure the safety and proper experience to the rest of our clients.

Can I workout while pregnant?

Please consult your doctor before attending any of our classes while pregnant.  There is a limit you can do, and recommend TRX during this time as we can easily modify and still give you a great experience.

I signed up for a class and can’t make it. what do I do?

That is no problem. Just be sure to cancel your class 6 hours in advance.

MEMBERS: Will be charged a late cancellation fee of $10, but make sure you late cancel or a NO SHOW gets charged $20.

CLASS PACK HOLDERS: Late cancel or No Show will see the class credit forfeited.
